1. Once you see your complete total after putting in your information. You should see a "Notes or Instructions" text box.
2. Click that text box and type in your preferred name for your custom name earrings.
3. You're all finished!

SECOND OPTION - MESSAGE ME:
1. Go to Contact on the SHESAVIBE Website.
2. Enter your Name, Email (use the same email you purchased item with), Subject (Order # and Item - Earrings, Bracelet, or Necklace), Message (type in your preferred name for custom name plate). Then press Send.

Failure to Complete these steps within 12 hours of purchase, results in a refund.
